experience in West Virginia. She has held various roles, including Special Education Teacher, Administrator, Technology Specialist, Academic Coach, Special Education Specialist, and more. Michelle is an expert in co-teaching, having conducted workshops at different programmatic levels. During her tenure at the West Virginia Department of Education, she aided districts and schools with strategic planning, needs assessments, and training. Michelle's passion lies in delivering professional development and supporting teachers, administrators, and district leaders with enhanced services to meet diverse student needs. Most recently,
she served as Federal Programs Director in WV. She is a proud alumni of Marshall University, in Huntington, WV, where she
received a B.A. in Marketing Education and M.A. in Special Education, with an emphasis in behavior disorders. Before
education, she worked as a behavior specialist and adolescent psychiatric counselor.
Mr. Donald J. Anderson is a retired Homicide Detective with a BS in Criminal Justice. He joined the 2Teach Team in 2013 as a bookkeeper and has worked his way up to managing the day-to-day financials for 2Teach.

Ms. Michelle Cantley is an educational consultant and coach specializing in instruction, professional development, and school improvement. Michelle has over 20 years experience in a wide variety of educational realms and roles from classroom teacher, instructional coach, assessment designer, curriculum coordinator, professional learning creator, tech implementation coach, to educational consultant in virtual and in-person learning environments. She has supported schools, businesses and college professors to increase student engagement, develop professional learning communities, implement best instructional practices, respond to data, and increase the quality and effectiveness of training programs. Michelle develops high energy professional development experiences that excite and motivate the audience's desire to learn and grow. Michelle has a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with hands-on experience improving practice with professionals who teach PreK through college level courses.
Ms. Christin Webb is a professional musician working in Los Angeles and is the professor of bassoon at Pepperdine University. She also has extensive administrative and human resources experience. When she's not performing, she works alongside 2Teach's Executive Team, providing support to associates and promoting 2Teach projects.
Ms. Chrissy Shipley comes to 2Teach with diverse professional experiences. She has a strong background in the financial industry, over 15 years of administrative experience in education and has been a health and wellness instructor. Her passion is to provide assistance, support and customer service. She looks forward to supporting 2Teach and our clients around the globe.
Ms. Natalia Pineda was born and raised in Los Angeles. She began her career in education as a paraeducator for LAUSD and charter schools. After serving K-12 students for seven years, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialty in physical education. Upon graduating, she joined 2Teach providing internal and external support for the CEO and company.

In addition to inclusive education, Emily's professional interests are in anti-ableist work, perceptions of disability, and the transition to college for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Frake was awarded the California Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (CA-LEND) fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles for the 2022-2023 school year.
