Dr. Wendy Lochner is an adjunct professor at Shepherd University. Before her work in schools and with the state department, Dr. Lochner worked in the business sector. She brings her skills in marketing and business to this role, helping school districts and organizations identify needs and aligning those needs with 2Teach skills and services.
Mr. Donald J. Anderson is a retired Homicide Detective with a BS in Criminal Justice. He joined the 2Teach Team in 2013 as a bookkeeper and has worked his way up to managing the day-to-day financials for 2Teach.

Over the decades, Mrs Pearson-Weese has used her expertise to lead, and guide multiple departments in making decisions based on data and student performance. A graduate of Radford University with a degree in Elementary Education (PreK-5), Mrs Pearson-Weese also has endorsements in Specific Learning Disabilities and Intellectual Disabilities (K-12). She received her master’s in Reading from Shenandoah University (Reading Specialist K-12) and a Certification in Specialized Reading from George Mason University. Ms Pearson-Weese’s passions are anything related to reading and literacy- from delivering professional development that supports teachers and staff, to empowering striving learners.

Ms. Christin Webb is a professional musician working in Los Angeles and is the professor of bassoon at Pepperdine University. She also has extensive administrative and human resources experience. When she's not performing, she works alongside 2Teach's Executive Team, providing support to associates and promoting 2Teach projects.
Ms. Chrissy Shipley comes to 2Teach with diverse professional experiences. She has a strong background in the financial industry, over 15 years of administrative experience in education and has been a health and wellness instructor. Her passion is to provide assistance, support and customer service. She looks forward to supporting 2Teach and our clients around the globe.
Ms. Natalia Pineda was born and raised in Los Angeles. She began her career in education as a paraeducator for LAUSD and charter schools. After serving K-12 students for seven years, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialty in physical education. Upon graduating, she joined 2Teach providing internal and external support for the CEO and company.

In addition to inclusive education, Emily's professional interests are in anti-ableist work, perceptions of disability, and the transition to college for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Frake was awarded the California Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (CA-LEND) fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles for the 2022-2023 school year.
