Dr. Wendy Lochner is an adjunct professor at Shepherd University. Before her work in schools and with the state department, Dr. Lochner worked in the business sector. She brings her skills in marketing and business to this role, helping school districts and organizations identify needs and aligning those needs with 2Teach skills and services.

Mr. Donald J. Anderson is a retired Homicide Detective with a BS in Criminal Justice. He joined the 2Teach Team in 2013 as a bookkeeper and currently manages the day-to-day financials for 2Teach Global.

Mr. Tim Rice comes to 2Teach Global having recently retired from his own pediatric therapy company, Arcadia Therapy, where he served as Operations Manager for 26 years. Arcadia Therapy is located in Phoenix, Arizona and provides Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy, supporting children with developmental disabilities and their famil

 

Mr. Tim Rice comes to 2Teach Global having recently retired from his own pediatric therapy company, Arcadia Therapy, where he served as Operations Manager for 26 years. Arcadia Therapy is located in Phoenix, Arizona and provides Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy, supporting children with developmental disabilities and their families. He managed contracts, supported providers, and engaged with families in the company’s care. Tim grew up in southern Maryland where he worked in civil engineering before moving to Arizona in 1994. He loves Flyball, an exciting dog sport, where he teams with his 2 dogs Auggie and True. He also enjoys fishing and golfing, as often as he can.

Ms. Julie Pearson-Weese comes from a long line of educators. She recently retired after a 30 year career as a special educator in Virginia.  She has a wide range of experience with students who have various levels of needs and challenges. Over the decades, Mrs Pearson-Weese has used her expertise to lead, and guide multiple departments in making decisions based on data and student performance. A graduate of Radford University with a degree in Elementary Education (PreK-5), Mrs Pearson-Weese also has endorsements in Specific Learning Disabilities and Intellectual Disabilities (K-12). She received her master’s in Reading from Shenandoah University (Reading Specialist K-12) and a Certification in Specialized Reading from George Mason University. Ms Pearson-Weese’s passions are anything related to reading and literacy- from delivering  professional development that supports teachers and staff, to empowering striving learners.

 Ms. Michelle Cantley is an educational consultant and coach specializing in instruction,  professional development, and school improvement. Michelle has over 20 years experience in a wide variety of educational realms and roles from classroom teacher, instructional coach, assessment designer,  curriculum coordinator, professional learning creator, tech implementation coach, to educational consultant in virtual and in-person learning environments. She has supported schools, businesses and college professors to increase student engagement, develop professional learning communities, implement best instructional practices, respond to data, and increase the quality and effectiveness of training programs. Ms. Christin Webb, as a part of the 2Teach Global Executive Team, provides support to 2TG executives and associates and assists with 2Teach projects. Outside of 2Teach, she is a professional musician working in Los Angeles and is the professor of bassoon at Pepperdine University. She also has extensive work experience in administrative and human resources roles, including positions at Warner Bros Studios, a private HR firm and the hospitality industry.

 Ms. Chrissy Shipley comes to 2Teach with diverse professional experiences.  She has a strong background in the financial industry, over 15 years of administrative experience in education and has been a health and wellness instructor. Ms. Natalia Pineda was born and raised in Los Angeles. She began her career in education as a paraeducator for LAUSD and charter schools. After serving K-12 students for seven years, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialty in physical education. Upon graduating, she joined 2Teach providing internal and external support for the CEO and company.

Dr. Emily Frake received her Ph.D. in Special Education through a joint program between CSULA and UCLA, and has co-taught in inclusive settings for eight years in Los Angeles, where she co-taught almost every grade from K-12. Dr. Emily Frake received her Ph.D. in Special Education through a joint program between CSULA and UCLA, and has co-taught in inclusive settings for eight years in Los Angeles, where she co-taught almost every grade from K-12. In addition to inclusive education, Emily's professional interests are in anti-ableist work, perceptions of disability, and the transition to college for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ms. Frake was awarded the California Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (CA-LEND) fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles for the 2022-2023 school year.  She is currently engaged in her post-doctoral fellowship at Baylor University.
